The expenses related to allow our organization to bring these community events to you are very extensive. Even with an organization like The Southern Hills Entertainment Corporation, with a defined group of leadership and corporate sponsors, is continually challenged to make all of the financial ends meet. Each high caliber and nationally known artist, musician, singer, sound & lighting technician, professional engineer, announcer, radio commercial spot and website marketing efforts are paid a professional reasonable and customary wage for their part in making these events a great success.
Our southern Ohio community has been given a golden opportunity to reach out to a community that has little positive entertainment or dialogue about the things that we hold dear. Part of our mission statement is “to seek to enhance and develop re-vitalization types of initiatives for the historical First Capital District of our community” and to drive new travel & tourism business. This organization has made a significant monetary and time investment of many workers and volunteers to bring these events to the Chillicothe community. This design and product offering is a combination of more than 5 years of planning and selling to the leadership within our community. It has been a long but exciting road. We see these events as an opportunity to bring a community of churches and community members together for a common cause. We also view these events as an opportunity to bring an art form of music and a way of life back to a community that is struggling at times to step out with vision to create new business opportunities and entertainment venues. There have been many of you who have asked our membership for a way to help build support for this vision and we have formulated a team of financial supporters called “The Construction Crew” to diligently accomplish this goal. Build a series of proud community events and involvement that will last for many years. We are going to build this venue utilizing these faithful members. Donations to The Southern Hills Entertainment Corporation are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Our organization has applied for a non-profit 501-c-3 status with state and federal authorities and is awaiting approval.
Here is how our “Construction Crew” Financial Support Team will work:
A monthly amount of $ 20.00 or greater will be committed monthly and given in support as a member of this team.
A Reminder E-Mail will be sent to all Construction Crew team members on the 1st of each month.
When receiving our Reminder email, a link will allow members to login to the site icon below and pay any amount over $ 20.00 per month. (Please note that any amount can be processed through this system.)
Our site will accept this payment and track your support dollars for annual tax statement purposes.
